Couples...
Couple's difficulties often derive from overwhelming needs of one if not both parties, that make it difficult for the couple to function in a helpful; co-operative and constructive way.
They often stop complementing each other and start criticizing and competing against each other, often without realizing this. This can then get in the way of their productivity and nurturing of each other and their offspring, should they have any. Couple difficulties are often the root of wider family problems. Our relationship therapists have a good understanding of these dynamics and offer number of effective techniques that are helpful for couples, to help them understand their difficulties and make much needed amends. |
Interventions...Systemic therapies are often best in understanding couples and their relationships, however others may require a psychodynamic approach. Your therapist will be best placed to advise on the best course, upon assessment of your needs.
